Management of The College

Since the sponsors of the college does not have a profit motive, the, there is no centralized management system. There college has four layer management systems. These four layers are:

  1. Committees headed by the Principal at the first level. 
  2. Steering committee (non financial) compressed with the senior experience faculty members like Deputy Rectors, Principals, Vice Principals and headed by the Rectors.
  3. Director as a whole time administrator of all affairs.
  4. Managing Director at the topmost level.

Disciplinary Committee

The college has a disciplinary committee which consists of senior teachers with the Principal as its come nor. The committee is empowered to look after disciplinary problems and issues and take necessary action. The committee members as a team visits the class rooms, checks the students. The committee holds meetings and prepares guidelines on discipline related issues. This helps the institution to manage the proper decorum in the campus. 

Examination Committee

The college has an examination committee formed newly every year with three teachers including the Principal which work as the committee. All the examinations even the terminal exams are conducted by the committee. The committee performs all the activities which include preparation of question paper to preparation of rank sheets of the students.

Anti-Ragging Cell

The cell is an active body which constantly remains vigilant against any form of ragging. This cell prepares slogans and notices/ and appeals to the student for abstaining from ragging. It also works for creating friendly and congenial atmosphere for the new-comers in the college. It is a joint cell of teacher-student membership/participation.

Anti-Tobacco Cell

This cell works for debarring the students from taking tobacco and tobacco-related products. It is joint cell of teacher and students.
